Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6:30 PM Responsibilities Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. What you will do Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing all radiological procedures on patients of all age groups. Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and utilizes all required equipment. Maintains competencies for all related components. Accurately follows all established imaging protocols for exam being performed. Provides quality age specific care in accordance with prescribed standards and practices. Adhere to the Radiation Safety Policies and the principles of a viable dose reduction program. Provides patient education and communications in accordance with prescribed standards. Qualifications Education Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required Work Experience No experience required Required Licenses and Certifications ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required and BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Mountainside Hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr
