The Apple Store Online is one of the world’s largest online retailers, serving millions of customers around the globe.We are looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving electronic commerce or software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent results. Description Retail and Marcom Engineering, an IS&T team, builds and operates the systems and experiences that connect Apple's products with its customers. The team owns the technology behind both Apple's online and physical stores and drives the interactive marketing experiences and tools that keep creative operations moving. Together, those functions deliver the technology behind every product story Apple tells and every purchase a customer makes.We're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects and feature areas. You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list – it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project. Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the success of projects, steering them from concept to launch with a laser focus on execution. Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts. Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Engineering project management Experience in software development life cycle methodologies Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on experience in engineering project or program management 5+ years on hands‑on experience in a technical role Proven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication. Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs. Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
