Respiratory Therapist - Home Care | Lake Havasu City, AZ

Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Start Date: Immediate or as assigned
Duration: Ongoing position
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
Employment Type: Full-time
Licenses/Certifications: Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license, BLS certification
Experience: 1+ year preferred, home healthcare experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $32-$36/hour based on experience
- Bonus: $4,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments)

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments for respiratory needs
- Provide education on respiratory equipment and device management
- Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders
- Troubleshoot and maintain respiratory devices including ventilators, oxygen therapy, and sleep apnea equipment
- Support ongoing patient care through phone follow-ups and education
- Travel within service area using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Participate in on-call duties for ventilator and respiratory emergencies
What You Need
Required:- Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license and BLS certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within service areas
- High school diploma or GED
- Clinical experience in home respiratory care or home healthcare settings
- Completion of accredited respiratory care program
- Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT)
- Experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea equipment
