Entry-Level Support Associate

We are seeking an Entry-Level Support Associate to perform routine tasks and provide basic operational support within a structured environment. The ideal candidate will work under close supervision, follow established procedures, and assist with day-to-day activities while gaining foundational experience in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine tasks following established processes and guidelines.
• Work under close supervision with detailed instructions.
• Communicate with team members to obtain and provide information.
• Explain basic facts and practices related to assigned tasks.
• Identify routine issues and escalate them to supervisors as needed.
• Support team operations to achieve defined targets.

Requirement/Must Have:
