We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Assistants . This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working with others and want to gain hands-on experience in events, customer service, marketing, promotions, and sales .
No previous event experience is required — training is provided!
What You’ll Do- Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown
- Welcome and interact with customers and event attendees
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Support promotional and marketing activities
- Represent brands and organizations at events
- Answer questions and provide helpful information
- Assist with event logistics and daily activities
- Work with team members to create a positive customer experience
- Help achieve event and campaign goals
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to take initiative
- Available to work full-time, including some weekends when events require
Experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, or similar fields is a plus — but not required .
Recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
