Company Driver (W-2)

• Competitive Pay : Up to 60 CPM (based on application review) with consistent weekly mileage of 2,700–3,300 miles.
• Freight : 70% drop-and-hook with 70% contracted/customer freight.
• Home Time : Flexible tiered schedule that rewards longer runs — 14 days out / 2 days home, scaling up to 12 weeks out / 10 days home.
• Running Area : All 48 states — no forced dispatch to NYC.
• Equipment : 2020–2026 Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and ELD tablets. Governed at a comfortable 70 mph.
• Additional Pay : Breakdown/Layover ($100/day after first 24 hours), Detention ($15/hour after 2–3 hours), and Stop Pay.
• Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance (available the 1st of the month following hire). PTO offered.

Requirements

• Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A) 
• Must have a valid CDL-A
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
• SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
• Must be able to pass a road test
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
