Job ID: SRJ_7495Posted: 2025-08-25Location: Tampa, FL; Jersey City, NJEmployment Type: C2CIndustry: Computer SoftwareClient: WiproContact: Meghana GorusuCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsRole:Data Program LeadLocation: Jersey City NJ / Tampa FL (Day 1 Onsite)Job Description:Data Engagement Manager (Program Delivery)Role PurposeLead end‑to‑end delivery of the Client Data Product Onboarding engagement, managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment across Wipro and Client teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine program roadmap and sprint plans for ingestion, catalog, and DQ tracks.Manage cross‑functional team of 20+ (onshore/offshore), including Ingestion Lead and Data Stewards.Act as primary liaison to CLIENT Business & IT sponsors; chair steering committees.Maintain RAID log; drive timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with CLIENT audit, security, and regulatory standards.Required Skills & Experience10+ years program/project management in data or analytics.Proven track record in financial‑services or other regulated domains.Working knowledge of Snowflake, Collibra, and DQ concepts.Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery and Jira/Confluence tooling.Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PMI‑ACP, or SAFe SPC.Capital‑markets post‑trade exposure.Experience managing offshore delivery models.KPIs / Success Metrics≥95 % milestones delivered on time/on budget.Stakeholder satisfaction ≥4.5/5.Zero major audit findings at program close.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
