Position Overview: As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers in a retail setting to understand their needs and provide tailored wireless solutions. Your expertise in our products and services will empower customers to make informed decisions, while your passion for technology will inspire trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring customers have a clear understanding.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Stay updated on the latest wireless technology trends and promotions.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain an organized sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
