Every part you check helps the line stay strong, the work stay steady, and the team stay proud.Quality Control Team Member Requirements:Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a production environment preferred.Understanding of GMPs, food safety standards, and quality control processes.Ability to read, complete, and interpret basic production and quality documentation.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and nonconformance.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with QA and operations teams.Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision in a fast-paced production environment.Quality Control Team Member Job Duties:Support food safety and quality assurance checks on production lines to ensure compliance with specifications.Conduct basic inspections and identify nonconforming product, including placing items on QA hold when necessary.Accurately complete QA hold tags, release documentation, and daily quality records.Assist in investigating quality deviations and support root cause analysis and corrective actions under QA leadership.Communicate food safety and quality issues to QA and operations management teams.Follow GMPs and uphold food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.Review and maintain the accuracy of daily production and quality documentation to prevent repeated errors.A great place to work with kind and generous people.
