If you are a skilled problem solver who enjoys working with advanced technology, takes pride in keeping equipment performing at its best, and thrives in a high-energy manufacturing environment, this role offers an opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact.Summary / PurposeTroubleshoot and repair automated production equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, powder coat, and assembly systems across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic functions.Essential Duties and AccountabilitiesRead and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsTroubleshoot electrical systems including three-phase power, PLCs, and CNC controlsDiagnose AC/DC drives, servo motors, and related componentsSupport mechanical systems including gearboxes, ball screws, rails, and bearingsPerform fabrication tasks including cutting, welding, and grindingTroubleshoot and modify pneumatic and hydraulic systemsUse precision measuring instruments and diagnostic toolsIdentify, source, and replace parts; modify equipment as neededWork overtime, weekends, and holidays as requiredJob Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relay logic and electrical systemsAbility to read technical documentation and schematicsStrong math and measurement skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsBasic knowledge of safety and environmental systemsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required.Work Environment and Physical DemandsRequires standing and walking for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts), performing repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and visually inspecting equipment and components in a manufacturing environment.
