For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow on Carrier social media at @Carrier.About this roleOur GlobalHuman Resources Technology (HRT) team is looking for a Workday Product Specialist – Workforce Planning module to lead the charge in design, implementation, and support of activities across the globe.This role is your chance to make a real impact—partnering with global HR Tech experts, HR Business COEs, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors to deliver cutting-edge HR solutions that drive business success and elevate the employee experience.Remote position – Work from anywhere in the USA!Key ResponsibilitiesDesign/configure/test Adaptive Planning – Workforce Planning solutions in WorkdayAlign solutions with workforce planning strategies and organizational goalsTranslate business needs into technical requirements/functional configurationSubject Matter Expert for planning processes: Headcount & Cost, Resource & Capacity, Strategic Workforce, and Talent PlanningAnalyze/enhance Workday Strategic Workforce Planning solutionsCollaborate with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to ensure solutions meet broader HR and business needsPartner with HR Technology leadership/business stakeholders/end-users to optimize Workday functionalitiesLead testing efforts to ensure seamless integration with existing systemsProvide production support for Adaptive Planning, including troubleshooting and analysisStay ahead of Workday releases and assess impact on Adaptive Planning solution in useMaintain clear and up-to-date documentation: user guides, job aids, training materialsCommunicate insights/recommendations to stakeholders at all levelsManage integrations with systems like Oracle Hyperion, Planisware, and moreBasic Qualifications High School diploma or GED3+ years of experience in HR Technology projects2+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for Workforce PlanningPreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, HR, or related fieldDeep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practicesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to work independently across time zonesEffective in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlinesFamiliarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks, and tools like JIRAExperience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and DivestituresSkilled in cross-functional collaborationProficient in creating documentation: user guides, project flowcharts, project & test plans, and preparing presentationsPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
