What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate Positive attitude – no room for grumpiness. One‑team mentality – teamwork is essential. Player focus – obsess over making our Players’ experience the best. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, popular environment. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not a must. What You Will Do In The Role Welcome and assist players with check‑in, reservations, and information to ensure an optimal Topgolf experience. Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players enjoy their visit. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue from retail areas to guest service areas. Support safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; carry golf bags with clubs across floor levels; bend, stoop, and carry as needed. Be on your feet most of the day; enjoy walking throughout the shift. Perform a variety of physical tasks; a can‑do attitude is essential. Maintain endurance for long shifts or multi‑tasking in a high‑volume environment. Position Pay Range: Min $15.92 – Max $19.25 per hour.
