This rewarding opportunity will focus on delivering therapeutic services to students in a pediatric setting, either onsite or through teletherapy options. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school environments
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation standards
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfort using virtual platforms for teletherapy (as needed)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, update, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute expertise to eligibility meetings, progress updates, and parent conferences
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to best serve diverse student populations and learning needs
