Logistics Supervisor

About The Role This role is responsible This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound material flow, inventory accuracy, and coordination with production to ensure the timely delivery of materials in a fast-paced industrial environment. Oversee and coordinate with third-party logistics providers. Experience with and understanding of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS). Responsibilities Supervise daily logistics operations including receiving, storage, material handling, and shipping of battery components and finished goods Coordinate with production, procurement, and planning teams to ensure materials are available to meet manufacturing schedules Monitor inventory levels and maintain accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control procedures Oversee warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations and hazardous material handling (e.g., lithium-ion batteries) Optimize material flow, warehouse layout, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage shipping documentation, carrier relationships, and transportation schedules Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of sensitive and regulated materials Strong understanding of inventory control and stock movements Warehouse management capability (FIFO, slow-moving inventory identification and control) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Manage transportation (company vehicles, forklift) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Prior supervisory or team lead experience required Experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, or energy-related industries preferred Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems Familiarity with hazardous material handling and regulatory compliance is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment Preferred Skills Bilingual in Korean and English (Preferred) Pay range and compensation package 70,000 - 90,000 Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
