About the Position

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, including scrub, circulating, and assisting with surgeries
• Flexible scheduling required; work every other major holiday, occasional on-call evenings (every 5–6th evening thru 7 AM) and weekends (every 6th–7th)
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and sterile technique protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (EPIC preferred)

Requirements

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of OR specialty experience
