Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, triage, care coordination, medication administration, and patient education while supporting providers to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient outcomes.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and triage concerns in-person and via telephone
• Document all patient interactions and care accurately in the EMR system
• Communicate provider treatment plans, test results, and follow-up instructions to patients
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions in accordance with provider orders
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinical supplies
• Monitor, report, and escalate changes in patient conditions as needed
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and prevention strategies
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and follow all organizational policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; urology experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and EMR/computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment with professionalism and compassion
