Registered Nurse RN (Rochester Hills, MI) We invite qualified Registered Nurses to join WellBridge of Rochester Hills. Our RN staff provides specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. As an RN you will assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. You will earn: $38.40 - $42.40 per hour wages. Wage Range $35.00 - $39.00 per hour based on years of certification. Yearly Wage Increases. PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. 12‑hour shifts include rotating weekends and rotating holidays. Perform treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher. High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems regarding well‑being. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting the facility.
