Laboratory Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Laboratory Technician in Odessa, TX to work with the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $25.00/hr | Monday – Friday, 8AM–5PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime as needed | At $25.00/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,437.50 gross.

Position Overview

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable laboratory results in support of oilfield operations. This role performs routine lab tasks under moderate supervision, including running oilfield samples, maintaining equipment, and accurately entering data into lab management software (LIMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Run oilfield samples and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of results
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed
• Use and navigate lab software (LIMS) for data entry and tracking
• Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper waste disposal
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in HSE and Quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
