We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to support public-facing communications, brand representation, and relationship-building activities. The successful candidate will help prepare communication materials, coordinate outreach activities, and contribute to a positive and consistent company image. Responsibilities

Assist with preparing public-facing informational materials and approved company announcements. Support outreach initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with customers and community contacts. Help coordinate promotional events, presentations, and public engagement activities. Communicate company information accurately and professionally. Assist with preparing briefing documents, presentation materials, and event resources. Help respond to general inquiries or direct requests to the appropriate team member. Maintain organized records of outreach activities, contacts, and related correspondence. Gather public feedback and share relevant observations with the team. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and professional brand representation. Support other public relations and administrative activities as assigned. Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities and professional demeanor. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate information clearly and appropriately. Sound judgment when handling inquiries and company information. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities.
