Plumbing - Counter Sales / Customer Service

The Counter Sales Customer Service Associate will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our store. The ideal candidate must possess extensive plumbing knowledge to provide accurate product recommendations, technical advice, and outstanding customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, parts, and tools.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting plumbing supplies, fittings, fixtures, and tools.  
• Provide expert technical advice on plumbing installations and repairs.  
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of inventory, including new and existing plumbing products.  
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.  
• Manage and organize the store counter area for optimal customer service.  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.  
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.  
• Stay updated on the latest plumbing innovations and industry standards. 

Requirements: 

• Must be available to work on Saturdays (Sundays and 1 Weekday Off) 
• Proven experience in plumbing or plumbing supply sales (essential).  
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, parts, and tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.  
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and product specifications.  
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
