Collectors/Call Center Agents
Come grow with us! Radius Global Solutions is currently hiring Collectors/Call Center Agents to join our team. Apply today to become part of a growing team and to start earning unlimited income!
$12-$15/hr (based on experience) plus a performance-based incentive after training. Training is 2-3 weeks Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CST.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, call centers, collections, sales and/or telemarketing.
- Proven ability and desire to help people.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus.
- Engaging and enthusiastic personality.
- Confident, clear and effective communication style.
- Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy.
- High school diploma or GED are required.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
