St. Mary’s Dairy Queen is looking for an energetic, dependable leader to manage our busy seasonal location from March through September each year.

Responsibilities Include:
• Leading daily restaurant operations
• Hiring, training, and motivating team members
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining food safety and Dairy Queen brand standards
• Overseeing inventory, labor, and operational controls
• Creating a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
