Customer Service Specialist
AAANE AAA Northern New England
Customer Service Specialist We are looking for someone who will thrive in a sales and service environment. Training on an array of AAA products and services will be provided so you can confidently interface with members. You will assist with member requests such as taking passport photos, planning road trips, distributing maps and tour books, cashiering duties, and other member services. This role offers skill‑based pay increases, quarterly bonuses, and opportunities for career growth, with 90% of our managers promoted from within. Qualifications • Experience in retail sales, banking or a similar customer service/sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays
- Experience with Microsoft Office basics
- Ability to travel locally when necessary
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
