TheraCorp Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for Fully Licensed Psychotherapists to join our team. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and able to focus on what matters most: their clients.

We provide therapists with a steady caseload, a collaborative clinical environment, and an administrative team that handles the behind-the-scenes work, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and client support. Our goal is to give you the support you need to focus on providing high-quality, client-centered care while continuing to grow professionally.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and develop goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based and specialized treatment modalities appropriate to each client.
• Assess and address clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultation and professional development to support continued growth and high-quality client care.

Qualifications:

• Current, active New Jersey license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT .
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy.
• Experience working with a diverse range of client concerns and populations.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish meaningful rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with clinical documentation.
• Prior insurance credentialing experience is a plus.
• Must be located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.
