Independent Field Consultant: High-Value Home Inspector
Signature Appraisals, Underwriting and Loss Control
Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to cover Bronx and Westchester counties. You will work as an independent contractor performing on-site surveys, taking measurements, and gathering data for underwriters.
You will manage your own schedule, visit homes, and report findings through the loss control system. A vehicle and required insurance are needed, with basic construction or appraisal experience a plus.
