The Yard Milkshake Bar (Flowood) in Flowood, MS is looking for crew members to join our strong team. We are located at 103 Laurel Park Cove Suite D. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
Be able to independently work
Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
Motivate self and other staff while working towards one goal

Qualifications

Outgoing and engaging personality
Strong communication and listening skills
Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
