Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description This role involves picking orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be operating an electronic pallet jack, stacking pallets with various products, and wrapping the pallets once full to load them into trucks. Communication throughout the warehouse is facilitated by wearing a headset. Responsibilities Pick and stack orders using an electronic pallet jack. Wrap full pallets and load them into trucks. Communicate effectively using a headset within the warehouse. Essential Skills Experience in picking, shipping, and receiving within a warehouse setting. Proficiency in operating palletizers, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Comfortable with general labor tasks including packing and lifting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift and stack items weighing between 20-50lbs consistently. 6+ months of warehouse experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment The warehouse environment is busy, especially on the 2nd shift with around 25 employees. Break times are designated at 4:00 pm, 6:30 pm, and sometimes 9:00 pm if busy. Work hours are from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with the possibility of extended hours based on customer orders, particularly on Thursdays and Fridays. Candidates should expect physical activity that may initially cause soreness, but this typically subsides after acclimatization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OMAHA, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
