Warehouse AssociateTMMI is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage the receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products moving through our Wheat Ridge facility.This position plays an important role in ensuring inventory is received accurately, customer orders are shipped correctly and on time, and the warehouse remains safe and organized. The ideal candidate takes pride in accurate work, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Primary ResponsibilitiesReceiving and InventoryReceive and open incoming shipments.Verify products and quantities against vendor packing slips and TMMI purchase orders.Enter received quantities accurately into our ERP and inventory system, Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies.Communicate damages, shortages, or quantity discrepancies to vendors and the Operations Manager.Label, organize, and stock received products in the appropriate warehouse locations.Order Fulfillment and ShippingPick customer orders accurately using P21-generated pick tickets.Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.Prepare shipping documents and labels.Coordinate timely shipment through parcel and freight carriers.Verify that orders are complete and accurate before they leave the facility.Help resolve shipping discrepancies or special packaging requirements.Warehouse OperationsMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.Assist with inventory counts and inventory-location accuracy.Consolidate and organize products to make efficient use of warehouse space.Safely operate warehouse equipment after appropriate training.Follow established safety procedures and immediately report potential hazards.Assist with other operational duties as business needs require.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.Experience with inventory-management or ERP software is helpful; P21 experience is a plus.Ability to read and accurately compare part numbers, quantities, purchase orders, and shipping documents.Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, customers, and freight carriers.Valid driver's license preferred.Key CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organization and time-management skills.Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt when needs change.Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.Physical RequirementsAbility to regularly open boxes, count products, stock shelves, and prepare shipments.Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.Ability to climb stairs occasionally.Ability to safely perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Position DetailsLocation: Wheat Ridge, ColoradoSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Work arrangement: Full-time, on-siteBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsCompany-paid life and long-term disability insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPaid time off and company holidaysAdditional voluntary benefit optionsEmployee ownership participation through Flow Control Group, subject to plan eligibility and termsIf you are dependable, organized, and take pride in getting the details right, we encourage you to apply.
