This role is responsible for providing financial leadership, analysis, and business partnership that will be demonstrated through driving month end close, forecasting, and supporting the continued integration of Waitwhile into the Allegion network and procedures. A successful candidate in this role will drive thoughtful and strategic insights to a growth-minded business leadership team and thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment that requires balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.What You Will Do:Oversee month end and annual closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, coordination with shared services, as well financial analysis and reportingMaintain a robust and effective system of internal controls over financial reporting, as well as ensure all financial reporting is in compliance with US GAAP and internal policiesSupport the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including coordination with business leaders to drive the Annual Operating PlanAct as a strategic business partner to the Waitwhile leadership team, providing insights on business performance, growth and go-to-market opportunities, and risk mitigationCollaborate closely with department leaders to ensure effective management of the following processes ARR pipeline and sales forecast managementSales invoicing and proper revenue recognitionAccounts Receivable collections and monitoringAccounts Payable and invoice processingCapital expenditures and budget accountabilityOversee treasury functions, including daily cash management and accurate cash flow forecastingDrive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and KPI metric accuracy and efficiencyOther finance responsibilities to support the larger Global Software Solutions organization, as neededWhat You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in software as a service or related industries.Proven ability to work with complex, cross-border business units and cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Hyperion, Maxio) and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and CRM tools (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce) is a plus.Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence throughout the organization.Why Work for Us?Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.
