We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure smooth clinical operations. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, clinically skilled, and committed to maintaining healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
• Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective patient care

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient safety standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ICU / OT / Emergency / Ward nursing
• Basic computer knowledge (EMR/HIS systems)
• Ability to handle stress and emergencies calmly
• Strong ethical and professional conduct
