What you’ll do

• Design and roll out practical quality procedures that scale with the business.
• Schedule and perform audits and on-line inspections to verify standards are met.
• Mine quality metrics to detect trends early and target improvements that matter.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to contain issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Produce concise, insight-driven reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Create and deliver training that equips teams to own quality in their workflows.
• Keep our approach current by tracking and applying evolving quality engineering practices.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on quality engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of core QC methodologies and systems.
• Analytical problem-solver comfortable with statistical techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative teammate who builds trust across functions.
