Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.Position Details:Location: This position works in our Brookfield & Mequon, WI clinics. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday (32 hours per week) Compensation: $20-$24hr based on experience and qualificationsKey Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable experience.Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed.Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records.Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in working order.Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care.Support the medical team with additional tasks as requiredRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent, required.1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician), required.Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required.Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required.Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Retirement PlanPaid time off (PTO) (vacation, sick)
