Stable Hand Position
Medieval Times is looking for stable hands to assist us with taking care of the horses.
What Does a Stable Hand Do?
The stable hand contributes to the overall show quality by consistently maintaining a standard of excellence by maintaining a healthy, well-groomed herd of horses and a clean, well maintained stable area to house them.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring cleanliness of stable stalls by cleaning each stall on a rotating basis as directed
- Assisting with the grooming and exercising of the horses
Requirements include:
- Ability to work with and around horses
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand, walk and for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
EOE, drug-free environment.
The starting pay rate for this position is $19.74/hour. This is a full time position that offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match.
