Passionate about teaching the lifesaving skill of swimming? We are looking for individuals, age 15+ to serve as swim instructors. As a swim instructor you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

What is needed for this job as our Swim Instructor:
- Age 15+
- Experience with kids and passionate about teaching children to swim
- Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR Certification
- Ability to complete and pass our in-water skills assessment
The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Swim Instructor:
- Provide a safe environment that allows members and participants to learn to swim
- Encourage and support students to provide an enjoyable aquatics experience
- Evaluate swimming skills; complete progress reports for each session; complete communications for parents
- Participate as a part of the aquatics staff team in providing a safe and enjoyable environment
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required
