Financial Analyst

Position Summary A well-established, privately held manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This position will provide financial analysis and support to multiple commercial business units while partnering with leadership to evaluate profitability, budgeting, customer programs, and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, advanced Excel skills, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting process in partnership with Commercial leadership Analyze customer, business unit, and commercial profitability Evaluate new customer contracts and incremental business opportunities Analyze customer rebate programs, equipment funds, and other incentive programs Develop and implement financial tools to support commercial teams Prepare financial analyses and presentation materials for leadership meetings Support customer-level sales history adjustments and related financial transactions Prepare miscellaneous invoices, purchase orders, and check requests as needed Provide financial reporting and analysis for ad-hoc business projects Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions Stay informed on major operational, technical, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other internal teams Cross-train with Credit & Collections and provide backup support when needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance function Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze financial information and communicate business insights Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders across multiple levels of an organization 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities Career development and advancement opportunities Stable, privately held organization with a strong commitment to its employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
