• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30/5 pm schedule
• Avg 3 - 9 patients per day -- extended 1:1 time with patients
• Nursing home and assisted living visits required -- no home visits
• Team-based care -- interdisciplinary team meetings each morning
• Call is 1:7 -- mostly telehealth call, routed to experienced RN first
• Acute and episodic visits included
• Adults only -- IM or FM trained accepted
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
