What You'll Do
- Greet guests and help answer questions about the park
- Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Listen to guest concerns or feedback and help find solutions
- Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area
- Use multiple computer systems to assist guests
- Manage Lost and Found items and inventory
- Help create a positive guest experience every day
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 16
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with guests face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt quickly and problem‑solve
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather
- For Lost & Found: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior
Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
