Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
Hours: FT / Monday - Friday

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the marketing team with various administrative, content-creation, and software management tasks. You'll work closely with team members to ensure content is current, engaging, and effectively distributed, helping shape the company's marketing presence daily.


What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing Office 365 applications for daily communication and task management
• Editing and updating website content within WordPress
• Formatting and scheduling content posts using email marketing platforms like Constant Contact and HubSpot
• Supporting content creation and social media efforts
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proficiency in Office 365 (Email, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience editing and updating content within WordPress
• Ability to format and post in email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact and HubSpot
• Strong organizational and communication skills
