Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift

• Location : Kings Mountain, NC
• Pay : $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• PSU Benefits: Weekly Pay, Health Ins., PTO, and Referral Bonuses

About the Role:

Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is recruiting for an Order P icker / Warehouse Associate to join the warehouse team of one of our valued clients in Kings Mountain, NC.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse picking experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution environment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced using RF scanners, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate RF scanner to track and locate inventory
• Prepare orders for shipping while maintaining accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Previous order pick ing experience is required
• Experience using RF Scanners in a warehouse setting
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
• Team-oriented with a positive work ethic

Marsha is the Shelby office Service Manager who oversees daily recruiting and staffing operations.

In 1996, she came to Personnel Services Unlimited seeking temporary employment. After completing several assignments, she joined the PSU Staffing team and found her dream job helping others, just like her, find great jobs and meaningful careers. Marsha has her CTS certification from the National Association of Personnel Consultants.
