Surgery - Vascular Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant (PA) Palmdale, CA Overview: Our vascular practice in Palmdale is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to provide pre- and post-procedure care for patients with complex vascular conditions. This role involves close collaboration with the supervising physician and ongoing outpatient management. Position Offers: Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Competitive pay: $90 100 per hour (DOE) Bonuses available Health insurance 401(k) Retirement savings plan License and DEA fee coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Malpractice coverage provided Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-up visits Perform history and physical exams, order diagnostics, and review results Coordinate care and communicate findings with the supervising physician Manage ongoing outpatient care and address patient inquiries Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes Participate in quality improvement efforts within the practice Qualifications: Active, current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in California Minimum 2 years of vein or vascular surgery experience, or equivalent vascular/vein practice background Comfortable treating patients with complex, poor health conditions Resilient and not easily intimidated under challenging clinical circumstances Why Join Us: Join a vascular practice where your clinical expertise directly supports patients through every stage of their vascular care, backed by strong compensation and bonus potential.
