Budget Monitoring Lead - Principal Accountant

The City of San Diego is looking for a Principal Accountant to coordinate the accounting, budget, disbursements, and financial reporting functions in the Department of Finance. This role will lead the Budget Monitoring section, administering the citywide quarterly budget monitoring process. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field, two years of management experience, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
