We are seeking an experienced Wire & Harness Electronics Assembler with strong hands-on experience assembling complex cable and wire harnesses in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables, and electromechanical components.
• Perform wire stripping, tinning, crimping, soldering, and termination.
• Route, lace, and secure wires according to specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Support First Article Assembly (FAI) builds and collaborate with engineering on build issues.
• Perform inspections, continuity testing, troubleshooting, rework, and repairs.
• Complete production documentation and follow quality and safety standards.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on wire and cable harness assembly experience.
• Strong soldering, crimping, wire preparation, and harness routing skills.
• Experience with First Article Assembly (FAI) .
• Ability to independently read schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, crimp tools, soldering equipment, and basic electrical testing.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and experience training or leading other assemblers.

1st Shift : 5:00am - 1:30pm

Compensation : $27.00 - $32.00 D.O.E.
