Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Washington state license information and any other needed information must be in place for credentialing

Assignment Details

• 40-minute 1:1 patient care schedule
• Candidates may float to other facilities
• Medicare/Medicaid credentialing is preferred if available
