About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Corporate Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity for a junior attorney or recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in corporate and securities law within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of matters and be given meaningful responsibility early on. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, responsive, and eager to learn by doing. This is a demanding, high‑performance environment where strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accountability are essential. Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Assist with corporate and securities matters, including governance and compliance Draft, review, and organize legal documents, agreements, and filings Support transactions such as mergers & acquisitions and corporate structuring Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Assist with preparation and review of SEC filings Communicate with clients and follow up on ongoing matters Support attorneys with day‑to‑day legal and administrative tasks Qualifications J.D. or L.L.M degree required Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) required Strong interest in corporate and/or securities law Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Prior experience in a law firm or internship is a plus Compensation Salary: $65,000 per year Discretionary bonus based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Torres & Zheng at Law, P.C.
