The goal of our Custodial Team is to maintain excellent, clean and safe working conditions for our guests and teammates on Chicago's Riverwalk. This role is land-based, and focuses on keeping our expansive Riverwalk area clean and welcoming to everyone. This position is primarily outdoors- rain or shine, hot or cold. Full time and part time hours available. Shifts available between 7 AM and 10 PM. Responsibilities include: Performing cleaning tasks based on a schedule Maintaining timely trash collection based on boat schedule Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and window cleaning around the facility Replenish supplies and maintain inventory/organization Watering plants Respond to maintenance requests quickly with a professional manner Assist with minor repairs if needed Shoveling snow, if necessary Physical Requirements Bending, carrying, lifting, standing, sitting, walking, comfortable on a ladder
