If RN has a BSN and enrolled in Masters program, RN must meet with their Nurse Leader within 3 months to conduct the following:/liolliProvide a written plan with anticipated Masters completion date/liliSubmit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the courses/liliComplete Masters within 3 years of start date./li/ollistrongExperience:/strong 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty; 3 months of experience serving as preceptor/lilistrongCertification:/strong BLS from the American Heart Association; Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state RN License./li/ulpWe are Inova, Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
