Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Billing Associate to support hospital billing operations within the Supply Chain department. This role is responsible for processing vendor bill-only transactions, maintaining accurate billing records, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely reimbursement for products used during patient procedures.

The ideal candidate will have billing, accounting, or hospital revenue cycle experience and possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Bill-Only transactions within SAP.
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure accurate payment for products used in surgical and clinical procedures.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with nursing staff, procurement teams, and vendors.
• Maintain organized billing documentation for audit compliance.
• Support inventory and supply chain operations including order entry, distribution, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams, vendors, administrative staff, and leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to email communications in a timely manner.
• Work independently to meet billing deadlines and departmental productivity goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hospital billing, healthcare billing, or billing operations experience.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, or revenue cycle processes preferred.
• Patient billing experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
