Office Admin/Customer Service Full Time Clerical Jefferson City, MO, US Office Admin/Customer Service About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, entering customer orders, performing general data entry, and assisting with a variety of administrative and office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into internal systems Perform general data entry and maintain accurate records Process office documents as needed Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks Support general office operations and perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications High attention to detail and accuracy Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Dependable, organized, and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel Proficiency using a 10-key keypad Previous experience with the AS/400 operating system Compensation Salary will be based on experience Physical Requirements: (S)he will be required to sit and stand for long periods of time. Will be required to lift and move large amounts of paperwork (boxes of files). Will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.
