Job Skills / Requirements Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position Overview Dunbar Security Solutions is hiring a Flex Security Officer to support the safety and security of assigned outdoor areas. This position focuses on maintaining a visible presence, conducting regular patrols, and identifying potential issues before they escalate. - Conduct routine patrols of outdoor lots using foot patrol, golf cart, and vehicle
- Observe surroundings and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or irregular conditions
- Address policy violations in a professional manner and inform individuals of site rules
- Complete accurate daily reports, including observations, incidents, and patrol activity
- Maintain a consistent presence to help deter loss, damage, or unauthorized behavior
- Support a safe and orderly environment for staff, visitors, and property
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
