Our landscape maintenance technicians are full-time employees working from mid-March to December 23rd, with schedules ranging from 30-40+ hours per week. From January 2nd to mid-March, we perform snow removal service and also equipment maintenance, training, and other off-season tasks. As a mowing technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high-end residential and small commercial properties. Your duties will include: Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a professional appearance Operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Ensuring safe and proper use of all tools and machinery Assisting with loading and unloading materials and supplies Performing basic maintenance and fueling of assigned equipment Requirements: Must have transportation to the branch location Must pass a driver's license screen Safeguard company assets from theft and misuse Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulations Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Work in outdoor environments, including in hot and variable weather conditions Able to work overtime or extended shifts if required by Operations Management Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
